I have tried opening a Support case but I'm unable to create a case or ask a question on the forums and I've been getting greeted by this error for the past 4 days when clicking the option: ĭue to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc. I don't see the option to "return" the license in the License Key Center. I have 5 users that will be got new laptops and I'd like to transfer their SPSS 20 license to their new laptop To do that, go here: and c lick the blue "Open a Case' button. If all else fails, then you could try to open a Support case. Please note that SPSS Statistics version 20 is no longer supported, and hasn't been for some time. They would need to 'return' the existing licenses and then re-use them on the new machines. This is something the customer should be able to do themselves in the License Key Center.
